Behind the scenes at the 2012 Australian Professional Photography Awards
We’re currently up to Day 2 at the 2012 Australian Professional Photography Awards. There has been much laughter, tears, anxiety, chocolate, coffee and maybe even a little alcohol in celebration and commiseration. There’s a wonderful sense of camaraderie and many new friendships are made. The professional photography community in this country is really awesome. The entire event is staffed by volunteers, from students to Grand Masters, and seeing as the focus is often on the images themselves I thought I’d put together a selection of back of house iPhone shots to show what goes into putting this fab event on!
