Big things are coming!

in Be a Fabulous Badass

Whoa, it’s been a big year! It’s that time again when all bloggers take a look back over the year that was and post the hell out of it but firstly I wanted to start by saying an enormous THANK YOU to you for taking the time to be part of the Foxy and Fabulous community! It wouldn’t be appropriate to write this without a celebratory drink in my hand as I type, so cheers to all of you! Highlights In March of this year I took the plunge and nervously moved my blog to a self-hosted environment and all the anxiety about not being able to manage the technology and back-end of it was just bullshit in my own mind. If you need some help on how to get started on one for yourself you can read my earlier posts and if you’re already on to it then check out how to verify your Pinterest profile to stand out from the crowd. OR if you need gift ideas for the fabulous thirty something women in

in Get Even More Foxy

My first update on my ‘I Quit Sugar‘ progress  was written on my iPad, in an underground carpark, en route to buy groceries while I waited for some heavy traffic to die down after a long day.  In other words, I didn’t dilly dally about the words and I just got them down on ‘paper’ and hit publish.  That post was one of my busiest thanks to some fab sharing and really hit home to some people it seems.  I do hope that if nothing else it inspired some people to go ahead and quit sugar for themselves and begin to take charge of their own well being. Cut to today and we are into the 13 week mark of what was initially an 8 week experiment.  Like many travellers along this path I have felt so much better that I want to maintain the bulk of my new habits and keep going for as long as it feels right.  Sure I still find it hard to pass up a well made cupcake and have indulged in the odd beer and hot chips at the pub, big deal.  The truth is that these moments have become an infrequent exception rather
